As a firefighter this program allows me to follow my diet, keep up with my fluid intake, and accurately monitor the amount of rest I am getting.

It's a great way to quickly and easily track your caloric and fat intake and has lots of customizable options for tracking cholesterol as well. I've seen 1 update so far and have been very satisfied with the development and progress of the app. It's quick and easy to track your calories and exercise and is easily customizable.
